The Beauty Of Versailles
I have a tendency to imagine things better than they usually turn out to be in reality… But for the first time there has been an exception – Versailles! The only way I can describe the gardens to you is to let you know that it brought tears to my eyes. I have always been fascinated by tamed landscapes and simmetry. Versailles uses both to the ultimate perfection. The vegetation is treated entirely as ornamentation the same way as the sculptures are presented. I already cannot wait to go back. This time I will plan my trip in a much less busy period of the year to try and capture the beauty of the gardens minus so many tourists in each frame.
